What happens if my boots are not authentic?

We will contact you via email to advise you that the boots are not authentic and then send them back via our usual postal services. If you wish we can dispose of the boots if required.

How can you tell if they are real or fake?

We have over 7 years experience working with classic and modern boots, we will use several testing factors when making our decision on the boots. On the very odd occasion there isn't enough to make a decision either way, we are able to reach out to get a second opinion.
