Do you offer returns?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Boots must be unused and in their original condition. If more than 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Do you accept returns for sizing issues?
Yes, provided the boots are returned unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. Please check our Size Guide carefully before ordering to minimise sizing issues.

Are your boots authentic?
Absolutely. Every pair we sell is 100% authentic — we do not deal in fakes or replicas. Each pair is thoroughly inspected and verified before being listed for sale.

Do you buy boots from the public?
No. To protect our customers and guarantee authenticity, we do not purchase boots from individuals. This ensures that every pair in our inventory meets our strict standards.

Are your boots brand new?
Yes. All boots listed on our website are brand new unless clearly stated otherwise. We recommend checking the “Product Information” tab on each item for specific details.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship to most countries around the world (with a few exceptions).

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and order size. For full details, please see our Delivery Information.

Do you cover customs or import fees?
No. Customers are responsible for all customs duties or import fees in their country, with the sole exception of the Republic of Ireland, where we cover these costs.

Can I wear vintage boots for playing?
Yes, but please note that all boots are sold as collectibles and worn at your own risk due to their age. Materials on older boots may not perform like modern pairs.

Do you offer stud conversions?
Yes — we provide stud conversions on select models. This service is carried out by professionals, but once converted the boots are non-refundable.

How can I be sure about sizing across brands?
Sizing can vary between brands and even between older and modern models. Please consult our Size Guide before purchasing.

Do you restock sold-out boots?
Most of our boots are one-of-a-kind vintage pairs. If a size or model is sold out, it’s unlikely to return. The best way to stay updated is to follow us on Instagram and Youtube for new drops.

Do you sell accessories?
Yes, we stock accessories such as grip socks, shin pads, replacement studs & more.
