We hope you’re satisfied with your purchase, but if you do need to return an item, please read the following carefully.

Eligibility for Returns

  • You have 14 calendar days from the day of delivery to return your item. Returns requested or received outside this period will not be accepted.

  • All items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.

  • Items showing any signs of use will not be accepted under any circumstances.

  • The item must be received by us within the 14-day window. Returns received after this period will be returned to the sender via Economy Post.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customised items, including those with soleplate conversions & Grip Socks

  • Items purchased outside our official website (e.g. Instagram, eBay, Depop, etc.)

Return Shipping & Refund Deductions

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of the original delivery will be deducted from your refund.

  • Any customs fees or taxes incurred on returned international orders will either be refused or deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at Info@thebootchamber.com within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and the reason for return.

  3. If the return meets our policy, we will provide return address details and next steps.

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service for returns over £50. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

  • Shipping costs (including deductions for free shipping) will be clearly itemised on your refund notification.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank or payment provider statement again.

  2. Contact your card company and/or bank – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

International Returns

We understand international shipping times can vary. If you are returning an item from overseas, please contact us in advance to request a reasonable extension beyond the 14-day window.
When completing customs documentation, clearly mark the item as “Returning Goods” with appropriate value. If we are charged import duties or fees on returned items, they will be deducted from your refund or the item may be refused.
