1. Are your boot's real?
All of our boots are 100% authentic and sourced from trusted sources. If you have any questions around authenticity before buying then please contact us on Info@thebootchamber.com.
2. Are your boots new?
We sell a mixture of new and used boots, on each listing, if you scroll down under the pictures you will find all the information about that particular boot such as it's condition, soleplate, tier and if they are boxed.
3. Can you hold the boots until payday?
Unfortunately not, this was an option, but for full flexibility for my customers, I have now partnered with Klarna* to offer Buy Now Pay Later options.
4. Will you ship overseas?
We ship worldwide in line with shipping restrictions imposed by the UK, you will find shipping options in the checkout area. Please use the continent that you are based in for the prices. I will only use tracked services to protect buyer & seller. The Boot Chamber Ltd will not be held responsible for any import taxes you may receive on arrival into the country.
5. I've just purchased some boots, When will they be sent?
Once you have purchased your boots and received a confirmation email then your boots will be sent out within 48 hours but often within 24 hours. Once they have been posted you will receive an email with the tracking information.
6. Who will deliver my boots?
While you are completing the check-out process on the website, you will be presented with options of delivery based on your location.
7. I've received my boots but want to return them?

8. Do you buy boots?
